Our CPR and First Aid Now! programs nationally recognized? Yes. Our programs are accepted as substantially equivalent to the AHA and American Red Cross (ARC) by most state regulatory authorities, the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT), the Department of Homeland Security/United States Coast Guard. CPR and First Aid Now! is nationally accredited by the Continuing Education Board for Emergency Medical Services (CECBEMS) through the Health Safety Institute (HSI).
The Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA) does not approve first aid or CPR training programs, instructors, or trainees. However... CPR and First Aid Now! programs help organizations comply with OSHA requirements for workplace health and safety training.

When does the certificate expire? Generally accepted standards dictate that each student is re-certified every 12 months, but no less frequently than at 24-month intervals.
I'm a licensed day-care provider and need to keep my CPR and First Aid certification current. Is your certification accepted by my state's Licensing Board? Certification requirements vary drastically not just from state to state but sometimes even within an individual state, from county to county. Most certification boards and governing bodies have arcane and sometimes arbitrary CPR/BFA standards. We suggest that you check your locally applicable municipal and state regulations to ensure that our course and certification are approved for your specific needs.
